Our first realized project, out of many planned, is the opening of Souvenir shop Portarol, a shop offering souvenirs and local products (olive oil, wine, lavender products, kažuni replicas, chocolate…) which portray Vodnjan and its surroundings to our visitors in the best way.
One of our goals is the inclusion of local population in order to strengthen Vodnjan’s economy, therefore we are open for collaboration with local producers and touristic accommodation owners.

Products
At our souvenir shop Portarol (and in a smaller amount at the Info-point Park kažuna) it is possible to buy some of the traditional souvenirs of Vodnjan and Croatia.
The offer includes various extra virgin olive oils, quality wines from the area of Vodnjan, choco delicacies stuffed with aromatic herbs and plants (e.g. Truffles), honey, spirits, lavender products, natural soaps with lavender, rosemary, salvia and other herbs, handmade kažuni replicas, personalized souvenirs of Vodnjan like glasses portraying Vodnjan’s city hall, magnets and postcards with urban townscapes and products made from decorative fused glass and olive wood.

Tastings
With prior agreement, we offer the possibility of organizing guided tastings for groups. It is possible to taste some of the famous extra virgin olive oils of Vodnjan or Vin de Rosa, an exquisite dessert vine with Protected Designation of Origin – Croatian Istria.
