Castelier d.o.o. manages the properties owned by the City of Vodnjan used for tourist purposes as accommodation capacities. According to the conceived project of a diffuse hotel, the City of Vodnjan will in the future revitalize the old town core in the way of reconstruction of old abandoned real estates. As the trends in tourism are declining, guests are increasingly looking for accommodation units closer to the local population to avoid mass tourism in large hotels. In order to do this in 2016, we opened a holiday home "Creative House" and in 2017 remodeled another house that supports the concept room with bathroom "Portarol"
